Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 1 to 3 business days after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Looking Ahead: Faster Shipping

Please note that this direct-from-supplier model is the first step in our journey. Our long-term goal is to establish a local inventory here in Canada to significantly reduce shipping times for our customers. Your support of our business today is critical in helping us build toward that future.

Current Shipping Times

To bring you a unique and affordable collection of goods while we create inventory, we partner with suppliers from around the world. This means your order is shipped directly from our global partners to you. 

Because of this, your item may take 2 to 4 weeks to arrive. We know that's a bit of a wait, but we promise the quality and price make it worthwhile! We appreciate your patience.

Please note that these are estimated delivery times. Weekends and public holidays are not factored in and potential delays caused by customs are out of our control.

Shipping Costs

We offer FREE Insured & Tracked Shipping on all orders!

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email from us with a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow 48-72 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven't received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@birchandpaw.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

International Shipping & Customs: Please note that for orders shipped outside of Canada, the customer is responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees that may be charged by their country's border services. For our customers in the United States, most orders under $800 USD are not subject to these fees.
